At Stride Wellness, we are committed to providing a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all clients. To ensure the highest level of service and safety, we have established the following policies:
1. Drug and Alcohol Policy - Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of their appointment. Any client who arrives impaired will be refused service, and the appointment will be canceled without a refund.
2. Inappropriate Behavior - I maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate, suggestive, or disrespectful behavior. Any client who engages in such behavior will have their session terminated immediately, will be asked to leave, and will be permanently banned from booking future appointments.Â
3. Professional Boundaries - All massage therapy sessions are strictly professional. Draping is required at all times, and any requests or actions that violate professional standards will not be tolerated.
4. Right to Refuse Service - Stride Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies, is disruptive, or makes our therapist feel unsafe.
5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy - We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations less than 24 hours will not result in a refund.
