Welcome to Stride Wellness, my name is Arianna! I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Kinesiology graduate, and former collegiate runner. As someone who's dealt with autoimmune conditions, debilitating mental struggles, and a heavy workload, I understand the impact chronic stressors have on the body. It can be exhausting.
After trying many 'Western' approaches and only having my symptoms get worse, I began to search out more holistic methods. One of these was massage therapy. While massage isn't a cure-all, I've seen incredible benefits. I believe it does wonders for releasing the stagnant stress within the body, and creating a space for the body and mind to begin healing themselves.
So why 'Stride'? You've heard the phrase, "they've hit their stride?" Hitting your stride means to reach a point where you are performing confidently, efficiently, and at your best, often after a period of adjustment or effort. Stride is centered on empowering you to do just that! You are capable of so much, help me prove that to you.
